The excellent network of pistes, which also include the areas of Saas-Grund and Saas-Allmagell further down the valley, caters for all levels and ages and with the majority of runs being blue and red, it is ideal for intermediates.

The winter sun casts its spell over the glaciers of Saas Fee and then it simply becomes a dream world of distinctive beauty. Adventures happen everyday and everyday is an adventure.

The Swiss Ski Resort of Saas-Fee is part of the Saastal ski area with access to 100km of downhill skiing, with 56 individual pistes, served by 35 ski lifts. In addition to the skiing in Saas-Fee itself (100km of pisted ski runs), the appropriate ski Lift Pass will allow you to ski or snowboard in the other Saastal ski resorts of Saas Almagell and Saas Grund.

Saas-Fee has some of the world’s best skiing, guaranteed winter and summer because of its glacier. The ski area is one of Europe’s highest and the full vertical of 1760m (5,774 feet) is skiable throughout the winter season given normal snow fall and temperatures, because of the high altitude of the resort and the bottom of the lifts. Saas-Fee is recognised as one of Switzerland’s more family friendly ski resorts with lots of flat sunny slopes for beginners and plenty of supervised activities for children. Saas-Fee’s piste skiing is quite extensive and snow conditions are usually first class.
